1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and x555 ("x555", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x555 website, platform, products and services available at x555.bio (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an x555 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the x555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an x555 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. x555 does not permit use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18. This is an absolute requirement without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you confirm that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of x555, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended x555 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

x555 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to return of any remaining verified balance.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

x555 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires you to submit a valid copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

x555 may request KYC documents at any time, including at account registration, prior to a withdrawal, or where account activity triggers an internal review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with the x555 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x555 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank) may apply their own charges independently.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and selected card networks where available.
• Withdrawals: Available to verified accounts only. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. x555 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Taxes: Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings in accordance with the tax laws applicable to them.

Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined. x555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on x555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. x555 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing at any time, including after settlement.
• In-play bets are subject to confirmation. x555 reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material error has occurred in the odds or market status due to a data feed failure or technical issue.
• x555 may void, suspend, or restrict betting on any market at its discretion, including where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete under the conditions originally specified (for example, a PSL match abandoned due to rain before minimum overs are bowled), the applicable specific sport rules will determine settlement.
• x555 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's misunderstanding of applicable betting rules or market conditions.

6. Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on x555 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are conducted by live dealers in real time. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each individual game's information panel.

x555 does not control the outcome of any game. Game outcomes are determined by independent RNG systems or by the physical outcome of live dealer equipment (cards, roulette wheels). x555 is not liable for outcomes that a player considers unfavourable.

Any malfunction of software or hardware that affects game play voids the bet and returns the stake. x555 will not honour payouts resulting from a documented technical malfunction.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

x555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional benefits to account holders. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts only. x555 determines eligibility in its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• x555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x555 and will result in account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one x555 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with x555 markets or games.
• Match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of manipulation of betting markets or game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using x555 to transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information or KYC documents.
• Accessing x555 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, using a VPN or other technical means to disguise your actual location.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on x555 infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the x555 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data feeds, and audio-visual content — is the property of x555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any x555 content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x555 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by you as a result of betting or playing casino games on x555.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions beyond x555's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.

x555's total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited into your x555 account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

x555 is committed to responsible gaming. All account holders have access to the following tools at no charge:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Session time reminders and reality checks
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension from 1 day to 6 weeks)
• Permanent self-exclusion, activated immediately on request via x555 support

12. Termination and Suspension

x555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months. Upon closure, x555 will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the account holder via the registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions. Balances associated with suspected fraud or Terms violations may be withheld pending investigation.

13. Amendments

x555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which x555 holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be subject to the dispute resolution process specified in x555's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights applicable in their jurisdiction.
